Subject: INTENSIVE SCHOOL LEARNING ACTION CELL (ISLAC)

  1. Republic Act 9155, also known as the Governance of Basic Education Act of 2001, Section 3, encourages local initiatives to improve schools and learning center. As stated in Division Memorandum No. 29, s. 2023,  from February 6 to February 10, 2023 there will be a MID-YEAR Division and School-Based INSET for SY 2022-2023. In this regard, our school will hold an Intensive Learning Action Cell on the first 2 days from February 6-7, 2023 to discuss the following topics.
    • Reorientation of the Code of Ethics for Professional Teachers 
    • Child Abuse
    • Action Research on Learning Action Cell; and  
    • The LAGO STAR 
  2. Training details per learning area are specified in the following:
    • Annex A: Matrix of Training for ISLAC 2022-2023 which includes training titles, participants, dates and venue.
    • Annex B: List of Participants
    • Annex D: Training Matrix
  3. Participants in this activity must strictly adhere to all DOH and IATF-recommended health and safety measures and protocols.
  4. Immediate and wide dissemination of this memorandum is earnestly desired.
